The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their web site said ship date of Sept 4. I tried to confirm this with customer service for over a week. The hold time was a minimum of 25 minutes (who has time to wait that long). You have the option to leave a message and the recording said they would call you back when it is your turn in line. I tried this several times with no call back. I finally got through to the sales department and was given the customer service managers name and extension. I left message after message explaining the urgency of a call back ( my bathroom remodeling is waiting on this shipment ) I still to this date, 8 days and 5-6 messages later received a call back from her. I did talk to a CS rep finally and was told that this CS manager does not take calls although she never had some one else call me back. I am now being told that my order will take another 10-15 days (3 weeks after originally promised and 1 1/2 months after I ordered it and paid for it) but I still have not received a call back from anyone at Home Click. I would recommend anyone to stay away from this company. Your money is better spent anywhere else. Home Click only offers terrible customer service and false information.
