Called in person for purchases because I had questions on products being ordered. One item broke before a year was up and once again called them. Was informed that all their items have a lifetime quarantee. Was sent a postpaid package for the return and received the new item shortly after that. Good company to deal with as far as I'm concerned. 21-Feb-05
